Leanne Magee is a partner of Lecale Sales and Lettings and brings almost 20 years of experience in the property industry.
As partner, Leanne has been instrumental in shaping the company since its establishment in 2012. Along with Sarah, their vision was to create an independent estate agency built on trust, professionalism and exceptional client care, values that continue to underpin every aspect of the business today.
Leanne holds a degree in Property Investment and Development, providing her with a strong understanding of the property market, investment opportunities and the factors that influence property values.
Before setting up Lecale Sales and Lettings she gained invaluable experience working with Savills in Belfast, one of the Uk's leading commercial property specialists, before continuing her career with Pinkerton Murray in Bangor. These roles gave her extensive experience across a broad range of property sectors.
Known for her friendly approach, professionalism and strong market knowledge, Leanne takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients based on trust, communication and results. Together, with her team, she is passionate about providing a modern estate agency experience that combines expert advice with a genuinely personal touch.
Sarah Venney is the partner of Lecale Sales and Lettings and brings almost 20 years experience within the property industry.
Her extensive knowledge, professional expertise and commitment to exceptional customer service have been instrumental in establishing Lecale Sales and Lettings as a trusted name in the local property market. Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Housing Management, providing her with a strong academic foundation that complements her practical experience across both the public and private housing sectors.
Before establishing Lecale Sales and Lettings, she built a successful career working with the N.I. Housing Executive and Helm Housing in Belfast where she gained invaluable experience in housing management, tenancy services and property related legislation.
With a reputation for integrity, local market expertise and building lasting relationships with clients, along with Leanne, Sarah is proud to lead Lecale Sales and Lettings alongside their team, helping people navigate every stage of their property journey with confidence.
Collette has been part of the Lecale Sales and Lettings family since 2023. She is a dedicated member of our team and specialises in the inspections and property management department.
Laura joined the team in July 2026 on her placement year. She is currently three years in to her Real Estate BSc (Hons) degree at Ulster University. We are delighted to welcome Laura to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of estate agency and property management.
